This women-only strength training group is a way to teach strong women how to achieve their health and wellness goals through resistance training. From beginners to experienced lifters, we aim to eliminate the stigma that women should lift differently than men while creating a female tribe of fitness enthusiasts. This group meets at the following times unless otherwise determined by the trainer due to holiday or unforeseen events.

Weekly Training Schedule
Monday - 6:00PM CST (Coppell)
Wednesday - 7:00PM CST (Coppell)
Saturday - 7:00AM CST (Coppell)

What to Bring: Water, mat (optional, not necessary)

2. Sign Up for your account
3. Submit your payment (Card or PayPal accepted)
4. DOWNLOAD the Grit N Grind App hosted by 'Fit by Wix'
5. Click book session (Not necessary for 'Monthly' package)
6. Select the session of your choice.
(You are limited to the number of sessions you have purchased. All sessions have an expiration timeframe, and the monthly membership must be used before the renewal date. Sessions can be used at either location.)

*Disclaimer: For previously booked sessions, the trainee has up to 2 hours before the booked session to cancel and retain their credit. After the 2 hour window, the session credit will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs on behalf of a GNG Trainer, trainees will be notified and credited for their previously booked session. For further questions, contact the GNG Trainer.
