This women-only strength training group is a way to teach strong women how to achieve their health and wellness goals through resistance training. From beginners to experienced lifters, we aim to eliminate the stigma that women should lift differently than men while creating a female tribe of fitness enthusiasts. This group meets weekly unless determined otherwise by the trainer due to holiday or unforeseen events.

5. Click book session (Must book each week for attendance purposes)
