Nate Price 

Owner and Founder

 

Nate is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Most of his early fitness and athletic life was spent in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton, TX. After a major lower lumbar back surgery, he decided to persevere and turn his situation into something positive. He is now located in Denton and Coppell and services the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

With a passion for health and fitness and a value to preserve the quality of life, Nate sought out the opportunity to help others. Grit N Grind Fitness facilitates the goals of these individuals through the utilization of different levels of sports and fitness instruction. With a day-by-day approach, we look to introduce a healthier lifestyle to all people.

In a world overrun by choices, it is up to us to make sure that we choose right. Our physical health and mental clarity starts with the initial decision and desire to take care of ourselves. Marlon Banks 

Training Associate, CPT Program

 

Marlon is a certified personal trainer through the Brookbush Institute. Growing up in Florida, he discovered his passion for athletics and fitness through playing sports. Not knowing how much he would enjoy this later in life, Marlon stuck with his own personal fitness journey and made it a point to create a healthy lifestyle for himself. Now residing in the Dallas Metro area since 2015, his mission to help others reach their health and fitness goals continue through partnership with Grit N Grind Fitness.

LeaBreanna Clay-Baker 

Training Associate, CPT Program

 

LeaBreanna (Bre) started her fitness journey in 2015 after gaining weight her freshman year in college. While going through a lot of trial and error, she sustainably loss all the weight she had gained and then some. Bre felt fantastic being confident in her own skin again so much that she wanted others to experience the same feeling. She decided to take a chance on personal training and get NASM-certified in 2018 to help others reach similar goals, and she hasn't looked back since then. Changing others self confidence and watching them learn to love themselves through the process really brings her joy and continues to drive her coaching career with Grit N Grind Fitness.
