Personal Training
Personal training allows the client to receive in-person or virtual sessions in which the trainer is able to observe and correct form. This allows the individual to progress with external feedback that is detrimental to their advancement while achieving their fitness goals.

Small Group
Small group training consists of 2-5 people. The groups can be formed either by the clients or the fitness instructor. Groups work best when they consists of people with similar goals in mind. Also available in a video session format.
