Nate Price 

Founder, Lead Trainer

 

Nate is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with much of his early fitness journey taking place in Carrollton, TX. After overcoming a major lower lumbar back surgery, he turned his experience into a source of strength and determination. Now based in Denton and Coppell, Nate proudly serves the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Driven by a passion for health and fitness and a commitment to preserving quality of life, Nate founded Grit N Grind Fitness to help others achieve their goals. Through tailored sports and fitness instruction, he guides individuals on a day-by-day path toward a healthier lifestyle.

Marlon Banks 

Training Associate

 

Marlon, originally from Florida, discovered his passion for athletics and fitness through sports. What began as a personal journey to build a healthy lifestyle became a lifelong commitment. Now based in the Dallas Metroplex since 2015, Marlon is driven to help others achieve their health and fitness goals with long-term success. His charisma and engaging personality make him not just a trainer, but a true motivator, inspiring clients to push past their limits and embrace their fitness journeys with confidence.

LeaBreanna Clay-Baker 

Training Associate

 

LeaBreanna (Bre) began her fitness journey in 2015 after gaining weight during her freshman year of college. Through trial and error, she successfully lost the weight and more, regaining her confidence and feeling fantastic in her own skin. Inspired by her transformation, Bre decided to pursue personal training and earned her NASM certification in 2018. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping others achieve similar results. Bre finds joy in boosting her clients' self-confidence and watching them learn to love themselves throughout the process, which continues to drive her coaching career with Grit N Grind Fitness.

Daniana Dye

Training Associate

 

Daniana is a passionate personal trainer who fell in love with fitness at 15. Over the years, she’s explored everything from intense weight training to Pilates and Zumba, keeping her sessions fresh and exciting for clients. With a keen eye for detail, she creates dynamic workouts that challenge and motivate, making fitness feel fun and uplifting. Always learning, Daniana stays up-to-date with new trends and nutritious recipes to stay on track with her own health. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an inspiring motivator, guiding others to achieve their fitness goals while embracing a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.

John Wang

Training Associate

John is a graduate of UT Austin with a degree in Kinesiology. His interest in fitness began in high school as a way to help him get in shape for marching band. While in college, he pursued pre-medical courses as well as exercise science with a focus on holistic methods of improving health. 

 

Training with John will help you achieve your fitness goals. He is well-versed in the physics of training and thermodynamics of nutrition, and with him you can double the benefits of going to the gym and also achieve 100% of your potential!
